Kimberly Writes stories about fundraising, business profiles, personal spotlights and featured homes for EVENT magazine.

When Kimberly started KimberlyWritesCreative in 2008 after having recently moved to Huntsville from St. Petersburg, Florida, EVENT had published its first issue. Kimberly began covering fundraising and charity events and writing stories about them.

EVENT Huntsville magazine captures life in the Rocket City via fundraising events, local business profiles, spotlights and residential elegance.

As EVENT grew in popularity with its full color, oversized glossy cover and lots of pictures of local people, the magazine began adding content.

With Kimberly's experience writing features, she was asked to write up the business profiles personal spotlights and the publication later added a featured Huntsville home. Sometimes they were renovated historic homes and other times, contemporary modern homes in the most scenic parts of Huntsville.

The publication did not start posting to Issuu until 2015, so the following copies of stories have been scanned.

The publisher later started the Huntsville Business Journal and Kimberly was its first writer. She wrote for them for five years. Check her stories for HBJ here.
